Exchanges TO the U.S.A.

FLASH TRAFFIC:  It is my sad duty to inform you that all exchanges for 2013 are suspended due to budget cuts. I sincerely regret delivering this news to you especially if you are a senior cadet. We hope to restore the program in 2014. Please stay tuned to this website for updates as they become available.

Welcome to the website of the International Exchange Program of the United States Naval Sea Cadet Corps.

As Director, I have the honor of managing this program that provides specialized international training for the best cadets and officers in the NSCC. As you visit this site, you will see that the application process was created to give everyone a chance who qualifies.

I expect all cadets and officers who wish to participate in this program to be prepared for their adventure. As with all things worthwhile, preparation is key to a valuable experience. The IEP requires hard work and expects excellence.

Cadets who participate in this program are the best of the best. The selection committee is looking for things that set cadets apart from the others. Those selected will no doubt receive the Adventure of a Lifetime.

I am always available for questions concerning this elite National Headquarters program. Take the time to familiarize yourself with the application process. It may seem complicated at first, but you will find it leads to adventure. Why not experience the nautical traditions of a foreign country and make friends from all over the world?

Respectfully,

LCDR Michael L. Campbell, NSCC
